CMEC Incorporated (Construction Management Engineering & Consulting) is a full service General Construction & Construction Management firm.  Beginning in 1984 as a consulting business offering Construction Estimating, Construction Management & Claims prevention specialties we have expanded into the Federal Government Contracting arena We specialize in Federal Government Contracting as well as local State & Public Works projects.  The majority of our work consists of remodel and/or reconstruction of existing structures, however we do undertake some new construction as well as light civil contracts.

Being a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, CMEC Incorporated functions primarily in the Federal Government set aside market for SDVOB and HUBZone Small Business procurement(s).  We do participate on a limited basis with the open bid market for specialty work such as River restoration and diversion, Dam removal, fencing, etc.
