Scope of Work

Demolition & disposal of the old SPD Cart Washer and associated components. Concrete infill to prep for new cart washer. Finish new floor. Metal fabrication to install to support contractor furnished and installed floor. Install of steam and water supply plumbing to new cart asher. Install of electrical supply for cart washer. Addition of a fire sprinkler head. Reconnect stainless steel ductwork. The major trades involved were: demolition, concrete, steel, general construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire sprinkler, and flooring. All work was self performed.
