General Scope of Construction Project
CMEC won this lump sum contract, through the SDVOSB competitive bid process, to provide Hazardous Materials Abatement, Demolition & Disposal of buildings 3511 and 3520 and Site Restoration of disturbed areas on Fairchild AFB, Washington.

CMEC subcontracted IRS Environmental, Inc. (www.irsenviro.com) to provide Hazardous Material Abatement services, and Nuprecon, Inc. (www.nuprecon.com) to demolish and dispose of both structures.

CMEC provided daily onsite management and labor force to assist with demolition and site restoration activities.

All work activities were completed ahead of schedule.
