General Scope of Construction Project
Mr. Welch's most recent employer, Engineered Demolition, Inc. (ENDE) was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Demolition Contract (MADC) for McChord AFB, Washington. As a result of this MADC contract, as with many Federal Procurements over the past few years, this was a best value award. Mr. Welch coordinated the assembly of ENDE's award winning proposal.

| K9 Kennel B828 |
|
A small woodent framed structure used to house Air Force dogs. The K9 Kennel was successfully demolished and cleaned up within two (2) days. No problems or delays were encountered during the performance of this project. All animals were safely moved the the new kennel which stood less then fifteen (15) feet away. |
| VAQs B186/187 |
|
Each building was a three (3) story structure that was once used to house training fighter pilots. ENDE contracted Environmental Waste Resources (EWR) to abate and dispose of all hazardous materials. ENDE contracted Nuprecon, Inc. (parent company to EWR) to demolish and dispose of the VAQs in their entirety. |
| Engine Test Cell B793 |
|
A large exterior concrete structure, with approximately 400 CY of heavily re-inforced high structure. Along with substantially sized underground concrete footings. This structure presented challenges to its location, acceses and technical difficulty of separating utilities services to structures that were to remain. The structure was taken down within a two (2) week time period. Due to the buildings location and size, Mr. Welch developed and implemented, for ENDE, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). |
